Long abandoned, Lovejoy Wharf is undergoing a transformative development that will activate the space for years to come. Related Beal is developing Lovejoy Wharf into a mixed-use development consisting of two buildings: 160 North Washington Street, the historic Hoffman Building with 214,000 square feet of office space housing the headquarters of the Converse footwear company, and 100 Lovejoy Wharf, a 157-residence, 15-story, 250,000 square foot luxury condominium building with ground-floor retail space.
Condominium sales at 100 Lovejoy Wharf are now underway, starting at $750,000. 100 Lovejoy Wharf condominiums opened to residents in Summer 2017. Residences range from studios to three-bedrooms.
