Lovejoy Wharf Boston's North End Waterfront Rediscovered

Long abandoned, Lovejoy Wharf is undergoing a transformative development that will activate the space for years to come. Related Beal is developing Lovejoy Wharf into a mixed-use development consisting of two buildings:  160 North Washington Street, the historic Hoffman Building with 214,000 square feet of office space housing the headquarters of the Converse footwear company, and 100 Lovejoy Wharf, a 157-residence, 15-story, 250,000 square foot luxury condominium building with ground-floor retail space.

Condominium sales at 100 Lovejoy Wharf are now underway, starting at $750,000. 100 Lovejoy Wharf condominiums opened to residents in Summer 2017. Residences range from studios to three-bedrooms. Resident amenities at 100 Lovejoy Wharf include a landscaped 12th floor rooftop terrace, a spacious wharfside health club, a fitness studio, a resident lounge, a waterfront event room, a distinctive fireside library lounge, a billiards room, a business center and a children’s room.

A number of residences at 100 Lovejoy Wharf feature private outdoor terraces; penthouse residences feature floor-to-ceiling views. Each residence is graced with state-of-the-art luxury finishes including wide-plank oak wood flooring, and distinctive amenities including 34-bottle wine coolers by Gaggenau and Kaldewei deep-soaking tubs. Kitchens feature custom-designed wood cabinetry with glass insets, handset stone-tile backsplashes and state-of-the-art appliances by Gaggenau and Bosch. Unencumbered views of Boston Harbor, the Charles River, Downtown Boston & Cambridge and area landmarks are visible from all residences and common amenity spaces at 100 Lovejoy Wharf.

A Boston Harborwalk addition is now open along Lovejoy Wharf for public enjoyment. Converse has also opened a retail store adjacent to the Harborwalk. Owing to Lovejoy Wharf’s proximity to North Station and the development’s walkable location, no parking spaces are located on site. Accordingly, 100 Lovejoy Wharf is Boston’s first parking-free condominium development.
